Returns & DEPOSITS
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason we welcome in-store exchanges within 30 days, with the application of a restocking fee. We do not offer refunds.
FURNITURE PICK UP
We understand life gets busy but we have extremely limited space and appreciate your orders get picked up promptly. We are willing to store your purchases for up to 14 days without charge. After 14 days there is a storage fee of $5 per day. After 30 days any abandoned items will be resold and store credit will be issued for any payments made to Coyote Traders with the deduction of a restocking fee and storage fees accrude.
Custom & PRE-ORDER RETURN POLICY
All deposits made on pre-orders, commercial orders & custom orders are non-refundable. We welcome in-store credit or exchanges, with the application of a restocking fee. We do not offer refunds.
Guarantee
Every piece of furniture we sell comes with a 90 day guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship. You can be sure that these items will out-last any one of us which means that we guarantee the quality is not just good, but great!
Control the Environment
Your furniture responds to changes in temperature and humidity by expanding and contracting slightly. You must keep the indoor humidity in the 30 to 45 percent range and the temperature in the 60 to 80 degree range 365 days a year. Ultraviolet light from the sun and fluorescent fixtures can cause chemical changes in the wood and/or finish. Avoid placing furniture in an area where the sun will shine directly on it. Keep furniture away from direct sources of heating and cooling. Avoid storing furniture in an attic or cellar-type environment. Inexpensive humidity gauges can be purchased at your local hardware store. We cannot honor our gaurentee if this criteria is not met.
Coyote Traders reserves the right to analyze the situation and product to make a decision if the guarentee covers the product so we can proceed to a repair, exchange or return.
